Rebeca Gutierrez- Senior Office Assistant
Ms. Gutierrez has been working for the firm for four years and is currently an
Accountancy Major at Arizona State University where she is also working
towards her certificate in Applied Business Data Analytics and towards
becoming a Certified Fraud Examiner. Rebeca graduated from Metro Tech High
School in 2012 as the school's Salutatorian, having earned a 4.6 GPA. She is set to
Graduate ASU with honors in May of 2016. She is fluent in both English and
Spanish.
Rebeca has participated in numerous clubs and organizations during her school
career including Future Business Leaders of America, where she received many
awards for both written tests as well as business presenters. She was the Mock
Trial president while at Metro Tech and led the team in several legal
competitions. Ms. Gutierrez has participated in the Diversity Leadership
Alliance by attending several conferences to learn about diversity in the
workplace. She is also currently interning with the Mary Lou Fulton's Teacher
College Grants Partnership Office in addition to working at the law office.

Justin Vanderveer- Office & Legal Assistant
Mr. Vanderveer graduated from Phoenix Christian High School in 2013 with a
College Preparatory Degree. In 2009 he participated in the National Young
Leaders Conference. He is currently attending Phoenix College to complete his
General Education requirements before he transfers to Arizona State University
next year. Justin plans to attend WP Carey Business School before attending law
school and pursuing a career as an attorney.
Justin has a wide variety of interests including Art, Theater, Soccer, Tennis,
Baseball, and Swimming. In addition to working at the law firm, he has also
worked at the Phoenix Christian Thrift Store since they opened in 2011.

Andy L.- Intern
Andy is a high school freshman at a local high school, has an insatiable curiosity,
and has expressed an interest in the law. He is currently interning at the office
after school to gain work and business experience. The office is happy to
welcome him and have his valuable assistance.

Dale Ehrbright- Office Manager
Mr. Ehrbright has done consulting for five small successful start-up firms in the
past few years. He has 26 years of management experience with a major
international oil company that included roles in efficiency surveys,
organizational surveys, personnel development, human resources,
communications skills, information technology, as well as a Business Unit
Manager for large operating divisions within major US refineries. Dale has
degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Technology. He is a Veteran
having served four years in the United States Air Force in various locations
including South East Asia and the Vietnam conflict.
